If an employee quits or is fired and you want to keep a record of the employee, you will need to change their status to “inactive.” This will revoke access to the site, but still keep a record of the employee having existed.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the backend of the site.
- Click users.
- Find the user you want to make as inactive.
- Click the box next to their name.
- In the box that says “Um action,” select “Deactivate.”
- Click “Apply.”
