How do I remove an employee?

If an employee quits or is fired and you want to keep a record of the employee, you will need to change their status to “inactive.” This will revoke access to the site, but still keep a record of the employee having existed.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the backend of the site.
  2. Click users.
  3. Find the user you want to make as inactive.
  4. Click the box next to their name.
  5. In the box that says “Um action,” select “Deactivate.”
  6. Click “Apply.”
